With nearly two decades of experience in the UAE, I’ve honed my skills in people-focused leadership, talent development, and project management. Throughout my journey, I’ve worn many hats, excelling in various functions such as performance management, human resources, and learning & development.
At the core of my career is a passion for driving organizational success through effective people strategies and streamlined processes. I’ve had the privilege of spearheading transformative initiatives at top organizations, ensuring alignment and efficiency across different operational areas.
I’m also deeply committed to fostering employee engagement and satisfaction. By implementing impactful initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders, I’ve helped create a positive and supportive work environment.
In addition to my practical experience, I hold a Master’s degree in HR from Middlesex University, a degree which saw me receive a nomination at CIPD MENA People Awards 2023. As a part time adjunct faculty at Middlesex University CIPD Study Center Dubai, I not only bring academic credentials but also a dedication to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Tech is my passion. From rolling out performance evaluation platforms to crunching numbers with data analytics, I’m always on the lookout for ways to make our processes smarter, easier and more efficient. I am also proudly certified in Executive Leadership by London Business School, a long and life-changing programme that has given me the tools and confidence to lead with vision and purpose, always pushing for growth and improvement.
